Also, with some institutions you may be required to pay tuition fees before your institution issues you a CoE. The institution will inform you of its requirements.

Now that the offer is accepted and the CoE is issued, the next step is to apply for the student visa. A student visa can also be applied using either a letter of offer but it can only be applied from onshore. You will be required to provide CoE if you are offshore.
